A few days ago, browsing through Instagram, I saw some photos of a women's dinner and I kept looking at it. They were beaming.

I began to think about the great importance of being surrounded by women.

As time goes by, I am more aware of that, that we all need to surround ourselves with women. That my days would not be the same without that little time I spend with them.

Whether they are mothers, sisters, colleagues or friends it is so, so important.

It had to be mandatory for everyone to have a moment a day where you can chat, gossip and even cry.

And as Carrie Bradshaw said in the legendary series Sex and the City:

"No matter who broke your heart, or how long it takes to heal, you'll never get over it without your friends."
